There are a lot of things you have to do as a business owner that you wouldn’t have to do as an employee. That’s part of the deal.

One of the big mistakes that small business owners make is they allow themselves to stay busy doing employee tasks and they put off their business owner tasks.

It’s a problem because the business owner tasks are the ones that are going to lead to business growth and long-term business stability. That’s ultimately what you want, isn’t it?

One of the simple ways you can make sure that your business owner tasks get done is you can schedule a time to do them. Of course, you have to honor that time just like you would any other important appointment.

If you do that, you won’t let the business side of things get away from you and your business will be much more likely to grow. That’s a good thing!

Verse Of The Day

Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!Psalm 46:10 NKJV
