Q: Is there a setup fee?

No, not currently. We normally have a $150 one-time setup fee, but we are currently waiving it for our new full-service clients.

NO. Our reputation management is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.

Purpose Local enables you to ask for reviews on a large number of review sites. We recommend you choose the 2-3 online review sites that matter most to your business. If you need help deciding, we can help you. The full list of sites that are available are listed here.

Q: Can you guarantee that I don't get negative reviews?

No. Our service does not block people from leaving negative reviews. Attempting to do so would it be a blatant violation of Google's review policy. However, our approach is designed to identify any unhappy customers BEFORE they leave a negative review and help you resolve any issues. If someone does leaves a negative review, we can help you respond in a way that helps your business rather than hurting it.

Yes. Every feedback request form contains a checkbox allowing the customer to opt-in or out.
